Great location, in a charming and walkable area just off the highway. the hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. I loved the decor theme in the lobby and my room. the bathroom was spacious and nicely renovated. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options that left no room for hunger.

The shared parking lot with the drugstore was a bit confusing, with the lack of signage indicating where to park for the hotel. the fan in the room was noisy, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, being right off the Thruway and close to various activities and attractions in the area. We particularly enjoyed the small park with a waterfall nearby, which was a hit with the children. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the microwave and refrigerator, were a convenient addition. The in-suite hot tub, along with options like rooms with a whirlpool or fireplace, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Lastly, having breakfast included was a definite bonus.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom shower had good water pressure. The desk/ work space in the room was convenient for remote work. The room had plenty of lamps and reading lamps for good lighting options. The hot and cold breakfast options were delicious. The lobby had tables where I could bring takeout food for dinner. The hotel was very quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. The pool was pleasant and well maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel was located within walking distance of eclectic shops and good restaurants. It was also a short drive to Glen Falls Park and retail centers. It was only 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and was clean.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room with the jacuzzi was amazing. After a long day of exploring the nearby trails, a hot bath with a cold drink in hand while watching sports on TV was the perfect way to unwind. The water massage was a delightful bonus. The complimentary breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations with its variety and quality. The staff, especially Maria who prepared the breakfast, were extremely friendly and attentive. They even went out of their way to make my grandchildren feel special by giving them crayons and coloring pages.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was fantastic! We were visiting family with newborns and wanted a convenient location with quality food options nearby. The hotel is within walking distance to eclectic shops and great restaurants, and just a short drive to Glen Falls Park and retail centers. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with comfortable decor and a nice atmosphere. The hot breakfast exceeded our expectations and set us up for a great day of exploring.

During our stay, we enjoyed the sights in a convenient location just off the highway. Our children loved the small park with a waterfall nearby. The area was pleasant, upscale, and walkable. We appreciated the disposable nature of breakfast utensils, and the cups in our room. room, bathroom, service, and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool, gym, and ice machine, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

One drawback we experienced was the lack of a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
