The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and had easy access to the highway, making it convenient for getting around. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with attention to detail and a well-maintained environment that I appreciated.

The noise level was a bit too high for my liking, as I could hear guests walking upstairs throughout the night. Additionally, the room I booked was advertised as having two queen beds, but they seemed closer to full or double beds, which made the room feel a bit tight.

The front desk people were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a room on the first floor, which was great for my needs. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and as someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I appreciated that. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the airport and interstate. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, making dining options convenient. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, from the rooms to the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Kristina at the front desk. The location was great, not far from downtown Cleveland where we spent a lot of time. It was also close to many restaurants, including some amazing mom and pop places like Cannarys family restaurant. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, and cereals. We loved the comfort height toilets and grab bar in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft and large enough to wrap around us. the hotel facilities, parking, and transportation were all superb.

It was all superb.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was close to downtown Cleveland where we spent most of our time. the breakfast options offered were excellent and we enjoyed trying different items each day. the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the parking lot to the rooms and bathrooms, was impressive.

We were disappointed that the pool was too small and shallow to enjoy any serious swimming. It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day of exploring.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for 5 nights and it quickly became a temporary home. The breakfast buffet was different each morning and aimed to satisfy everyone. The desk clerks were accommodating, friendly, and approachable. The staff was culturally diverse, which was a real plus. Everywhere was cleaned to a very high standard. The shower space was spacious, and the water power was good. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The hotel is in a good location and everything was new and clean. The staff, the room, the brightness of the place, and the comfort were all excellent. Allyson, who checked us in, was the most pleasant and helpful person. Just a delight!

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn in North Olmsted for 5 nights. The hotel was beautifully updated, spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the free onsite parking and the delicious breakfast options, with different hot items each day. The location was perfect, minutes away from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, a large mall, and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommended!
