As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the hotel's friendly staff, convenient location near the tube station and concert venue, comfortable family room, and surprising quietness despite being near the lift and train tracks. The room was spacious enough for our tall 14-year-old daughter on the sofa bed.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from Hammersmith underground station with great connectivity to central London. The street leading to the hotel was lined with a variety of eating places offering different cuisines, perfect for our 3-5 day stay. The double room with a sofa bed was just the right size for the three of us, and the beds were comfortable. The room amenities were satisfactory and we had no major issues. The breakfast spread was decent, with a good selection of sausages, eggs, bacon, bread. The service at the hotel was excellent, with attentive and courteous staff. They even went out of their way to prepare vegetarian options for my wife without prior request. we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay during our business trip. the staff was very friendly and welcoming to our group, which was a nice touch. We received color packs for the kids, and breakfast was self-served with take-away options. the hotel also provided secure parking facilities nearby, which was very convenient.

The entrance was a bit uncomfortable with kids as people outside the pub were smoking, drinking, and even swearing at times. the noise from the air conditioning or plumbing in the bathroom woke us up during the night, which was a downside.
