We were impressed with the variety of breakfast options that changed daily. The workout room and pool looked lovely and we enjoyed the fire pit outside. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight.

We just had our fourth stay at Hampton Inn and once again, it was wonderful. The staff, including Jackie, Taylor, and Megan, were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and my kids absolutely loved it. The facility itself felt much more luxurious than expected, with a new and elegant design. We asked for a quiet room and got one, thanks to the thick walls that provided a peaceful night's sleep.

I enjoyed the late check-out and the bar. The free WiFi and indoor pool were a plus. Oh, and let's not forget the 24-hour Suite Shop, perfect for those late-night snack cravings.

Delightfully, the bathroom lacked privacy with its non-closing sliding door. Pure genius.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Penfield for a wonderful trip with my family. From the beautiful new accommodations to the super friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and the hotel was immaculately clean. We especially loved the little brown bag full of snacks and water bottle they gave us for our trip home.
