Great staff, attentive service. Good food and variety of activities for all ages. Beautiful riverfront location with a view of the mountains. Comfortable rooms and a lovely pool. Will definitely come back regularly. 👍

Located right on the banks of the Cañete River, this hotel offers a beautiful natural setting for guests to enjoy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast, although basic, offers a decent selection of food options. Additionally, the pool with a water slide and adventure playground are great amenities for families.

There is no separate kids pool, leading to an overcrowded main pool area with unruly children.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that met my specific needs. the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area were exceptional. the staff offered fantastic service and were always available to assist with anything I needed. the restaurant provided in-room breakfast, and meals were of excellent quality and served promptly.

Despite the luxurious amenities, there was only one minor issue with the weak Wi-Fi signal. the location of the hotel in a steep valley may account for this issue.

The staff was friendly and helpful when we had a request.

The restaurant food was overpriced and not up to par. Our room lacked basic amenities and the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to be functional.
