The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station, as well as being so close to the bustling Market Square and the center of town. The rooms are comfortable, especially the bed and the bathroom is also impressive. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast buffet offers a great selection of food. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful stay.

The hotel could improve on controlling the noise from internal motors such as the AC and kitchen, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenience of the hotel's location near the main square and great restaurants. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helped us arrange all of our tours. The hotel was clean, cozy, and offered a delicious breakfast.

the staff at Grodek were excellent and really helpful. They even allowed us to take pastries and rolls from the breakfast buffet for our day trips, providing little plastic containers. the hotel is in a terrific location, just 2 minutes from the main square and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and the local tram. It's also next to a park, making it a green and safe area to explore. the breakfast at the hotel was great and they even helped us with a walking breakfast and a "to go" coffee when we had an early departure. the staff assisted me in confirming my Auschwitz reservation with a phone call in Polish, and arranged for pick up at the hotel.
