The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was enjoyable, with friendly and accommodating staff. Additionally, the hotel is located in a prime spot, close to popular attractions and offering easy access to various amenities.

On the downside, the pool was fairly dirty during our stay, which was disappointing. the front desk staff was forgettable and lacked helpfulness.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. We especially loved the waffle maker. we had a great stay at Hampton Inn.

The rooms with two queen beds were very clean and had updated bathrooms, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, recommending a reliable tire shop in the area and ensuring our needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all attractions, from the casino to white water rafting, and surrounding attractions. Additionally, we appreciated the basic amenities provided, including the presence of a couch in some rooms. The breakfast included was plentiful and satisfying, giving us a good start to the day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to all attractions, yet away from the casino which I really loved. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff who made our reservation, to the locals who shared their culture and tradition of hospitality. The amenities were top-notch, including the cosy sitting area, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the game room for entertainment. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and I loved the in-room amenities such as ironing facilities, hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities.

Stayed here on a business trip and check-in was easy and friendly. the room was spacious and the king size bed was super comfy. I loved that the bathroom was updated and the entire room was spotlessly clean. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to have a good time after work.

The only downside was that there were smoking rooms in the hotel. As a non-smoker, the smell was quite strong in the hallway and even seeped into my room.

There were no positive aspects of the hotel that stood out. the only slight advantage was its location, being somewhat close to the desired destination. However, this was not enough to offset the numerous negative aspects and the overall disappointing experience.

The breakfast, although needing to be a little larger, offers a variety of options such as sausage and biscuits, juice, coffee. the service at this hotel is always good.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. From the evening staff to the breakfast buffet staff and the morning front desk staff, everyone was great. the room was clean and well-maintained. It was evident that proper hygiene measures were in place. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near various attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

One disappointment was the lack of shuttle service. Despite the listing stating that there would be a shuttle service, it turned out that it was not available, especially on Saturdays, which was the busiest day of the week.

This hotel is situated in a terrific location close to many attractions and away from the casino. The Carolina mountains provide spectacular views, making this an ideal location for nature enthusiasts. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel provides free breakfast, with adequate food and drink choices. Professional and friendly staff offer excellent service throughout the stay.

There were small bugs around the hotel premises during my stay.
