Although there was a mix-up with our room, the hotel quickly resolved the issue and gave us a closer room with a better view. The beach was beautiful and conveniently located near the resort, with hut covers and chairs provided. I also loved the variety of free activities and programs offered by the hotel, and the energetic and fun activities staff. The hotel was well-organized and had friendly bartenders and staff. The restaurants offered a good mix of local and Western food, and the desserts at the a la carte restaurants were outstanding. The specialty drinks were also great, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the hotel provided a variety of amenities and a great experience.

We stayed with our family of nine, including young children, and the kids club was amazing. The beach was sandy and beautiful, great for snorkeling. Rooms were clean and comfortable. we had a great time and would recommend this resort.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which is important to me as a traveler. The food was delicious, with a great selection of vegetarian options. The resort also had a beautiful beach and a variety of entertainment options in the evenings. it was a wonderful experience.

This place is located in a very cool area with many activities to do. We enjoyed the beach access and the staff who was so professional and provided us with great friendly service. Also, the room amenities such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated.

The service was top-notch, with room service available and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with car and bicycle hire, shops, medical facilities, and laundry service all available. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoyed the in-room safe and sitting area. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to chat with us. • the buffet food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the themed night dinners were a highlight. • the beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and plenty of cabanas for shade. We spent most of our time there, enjoying the gentle breeze and sunshine.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. the furniture and decor seemed a bit worn out.

The resort can get crowded during the holiday season with plenty of local guests, but a simple "no gracious" can move vendors along, and the Vintage Club is a great private spot to escape the crowds.

My husband and I went to celebrate New Year's Eve and our 2-year wedding anniversary. The staff was welcoming and lovely, and the food had a wide variety of delicious options. The drinks were awesome, and our bedroom was spacious, clean, and had a very comfy bed. We enjoyed the different fun programs and activities, and the hotel was very organized with friendly bartenders and staff.
