I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a family funeral with my husband and adult children. The desk clerk was welcoming and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and they provided Grab-n-Go breakfasts for early departures. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was friendly. The hotel also had extra cleaning measures and a convenient app for room selection and check-in. The young man at the front desk even helped clean the snow off our car. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was as nice as the nicest hotels we've stayed in. It was very clean and well-appointed. The bed linens were crisp and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, making it easy for us to commute to and from the airport. We also appreciated that the hotel is located near the bus stop, providing a quick and convenient way to reach downtown.

Conveniently close to the airport, this hotel offers a great location right outside of the airport. The shuttle runs all night and is just a couple of minutes from the terminal, making transportation hassle-free. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The room was very clean and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, breakfast was very nice, with a variety of choices available.

Enjoyable stay, with clean rooms and bathrooms that are well-stocked. Good beds and fast shuttle from car rental to hotel. Breakfast had many options and even Grab-n-Go packs for early departures. Plane spotting ground is a unique feature. Friendly staff all around.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the Columbus airport. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from airplanes while in the room. The hotel also offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our travels so much easier. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having a fridge in the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was very clean and updated, making our stay enjoyable. We were also pleased to find that the price was more affordable than staying closer to downtown. we had a great experience at Hampton Inn and would highly recommend it.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast lacked the variety of yogurts, granola, and water that we usually find at other Hampton Inns.

My room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with plenty of USB ports for charging my devices. Despite being close to the airport, the noise level wasn't at all disruptive. I appreciated the ample breakfast options. Overall I would recommend the hotel.
