Friendly Check-In and Excellent Breakfast

The check-in process was a breeze, with a cheerful staff member who efficiently handled everything. Our room was beautifully decorated with modern furniture, giving it a fresh and new feel. We had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of hot choices, fruits, cereals, danishes. The host at breakfast was very sweet and made our experience even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as hairs in the bathroom and difficulty obtaining a receipt, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and I'm happy to share my positive experiences. the prices were quite reasonable, offering good value for money. The attention to detail from the staff was evident throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Secondly, the hotel's location just down the hill from the freeway exit made it convenient for easy access. It was also close to a variety of good restaurants, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with many ergonomic features, such as the grey walls, fridge, and microwave. The wide selection of items on the breakfast menu was an added bonus.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing decor of the rooms. The modern flair and attention to detail were impressive. We loved the tall king-size bed and the added touch of a ceiling fan. The couch was also a nice addition, providing extra comfort during our stay. the spacious shower was a highlight, making our morning routines a breeze.

One aspect that was less than ideal during our stay was the strong smell of chlorine in the elevators, likely due to the pool being open. It was a bit overwhelming and made the ride slightly unpleasant.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast workers were very attentive in making sure the food was always fresh. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Tennessee. highly recommended!

The hotel had a pleasant aroma as soon as you walked through the front door, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. One unique touch was the ready-to-eat oatmeal that was kept warm in a pot, rather than the typical instant oatmeal you find at other places. I will definitely be staying here again!

It made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions like Cumberland Gap and Fall. The staff were the best we have encountered, incredibly friendly and helpful. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast buffet! The wide variety of food options, including the ready-to-eat oatmeal, made for a satisfying start to our day.
