The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the pet-friendly policy allowed us to bring our furry friend along for the trip, which was a big plus for us. the hotel's convenient location near the highway made it easy for us to access and provided plenty of parking for our vehicle.

Although the hotel had friendly staff and a great location, we were disappointed by the limited dining options nearby. We had to drive to another city to find a variety of restaurants, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were comfortable and had useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The bay window seat and the lights over the beds were a nice touch for reading or browsing the free WiFi. The breakfast offered a mid-level buffet with additional options like yogurt cups, hard-boiled eggs, and a waffle maker, giving us a good start to the day.

I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Hazelton for a one night trip. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they had no problem accommodating my pet with a small fee. The room, although on the small side, was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway with plenty of parking. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations for a basic hotel chain, offering a variety of options like waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, bagels, and pastries.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was conveniently located and accessible. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options and was enjoyable.

As backpackers, we loved the room's cleanliness, organization, and abundance of lighting. The curtains were fantastic at blocking out sunlight, and the water in the shower never ran out of hot water. The bathroom was spacious, and the heater kept the room comfortable without being noisy. The window seat was a nice addition, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered sausage gravy and biscuits, a rare treat for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff were sweet and accommodating, and the housekeepers were friendly and had smiles for us. The hotel's proximity to the wedding we were attending was also a plus. Lastly, having a fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient.

The hotel was surprisingly nice and clean. the room and bathroom were spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we got locked out of our room. They were persistent in finding a solution and eventually got us back in. the location was also convenient for our purposes, with easy access to the places we needed to visit.

One downside of our stay was the lack of nearby restaurants. We had to drive quite a distance to find dining options, as there were no restaurants within a reasonable distance from the hotel.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The cable TV did not work the entire three nights we were there, despite attempts to fix it.

We were disappointed with the check, in and check, out process. We had requested a rollaway bed, but it was denied during check, in.

The breakfast, served in a bag, was exactly what I ordered and the make your own waffles were delicious. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
