I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lecce. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient, and the location to a cafe down the street was very convenient. Additionally, being within walking distance of Lecce was a major plus.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and we appreciated the VERY clean room on our first night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the lady at check-in being particularly nice. The breakfast selection was great and plentiful, and the lady tending to it went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel's location right off the interstate was convenient for our travels, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the town or Fairfield Glades area.

The Hampton Inn in Crossville offers a clean and inviting environment, with friendly staff who provide excellent service. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, and the business center is top-notch. As adults, we appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the convenience of having a comfortable space to work and relax.

Felt like VIPs throughout our stay, there was absolutely no reason to complain.

Convenient location near the highway and easy to find. The hotel offered all the amenities I expected at this price point. Also, the breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options to choose from.

The check-in experience was a bit disappointing. The girl at the front desk was absent for almost 15 minutes and when she finally arrived, she was not very helpful or informative.
