The river view room was a highlight, providing a stunning backdrop to our stay. The staff stood out with their friendliness and efficiency, making us feel valued. However, the bathroom was quite cold, which detracted from comfort during our winter visit. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, impacting sleep quality.

Front desk staff were understanding and efficient.

During my stay, the microwave and fridge in the room were malfunctioning, which was quite inconvenient. On top of that, we were disturbed by the noise of a child running around in the room above for the first night. Thankfully, the front desk was quick to accommodate our request for a room change to a quieter location after we reported the issues.

Loved the cleanliness and the location next to the river. It was so cool being steps away from all those shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and they even let us check in early!

Request a room on the top floor for quieter surroundings, especially if traveling with a large family. It made a big difference for us!

For families, consider the 2-story Loft Suite for space and privacy. The casual restaurant offers great food and room service for convenience after a long day.

We really loved how close the hotel was to the Old Mill District, making it perfect for our family outings. The Keurig in the room was a fantastic bonus, especially for my wife and I during our stay with our two kids.

For dads, it would be great to have complimentary breakfast options for the kids.

The views from our river-facing room were jaw-dropping! Waking up and strolling to the Old Mill District for some shopping and lekker eats was such a vibe. The staff were so friendly too, made us feel right at home, and the room was super clean and comfy—like seriously, that bed was flipping nice!

Just a tad noisy at night, with some ruckus from other guests, but overall still a solid stay.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfy with amazing river views! It felt clean and welcoming. The beds were really nice, which helped with a good night's sleep. Only downside was a neighbor's loud TV once. but overall, loved it! Definitely a top spot to stay again, especially with all the cool stuff nearby.
