Stunning Riverview Room and Excellent Location

We were treated to a stunning room with a breathtaking river view at the Hilton Garden Inn Bend. The upgraded room truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's location was also perfect as it was just a short walk away from the lively Old Mill District, offering a plethora of dining and entertainment options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Bend.

We loved the immediate access to the Old Mill Area with restaurants and shopping. The facilities had a luxury/traditional feel and were clean and neat. The beds were superb and the room was larger than most. The hotel's restaurant offered a good breakfast and the location was great for guests with disabilities.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as guests with disabilities, making sure any issues with our reservation didn't affect our stay. We felt privileged and appreciated the exceptional service provided.

Location was fantastic, right near the popular shopping district with plenty of dining options. The rooms were spacious and had high ceilings, which made it feel very comfortable. The balcony was a great addition and provided a nice view of the river and surrounding area.

There were a few issues with the amenities. The TV in the room needed to be fixed and the advertised mini fridge turned out to be more of a cooler that didn't keep things cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the Old Mill area with great restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a beautiful view of the river from our room. The staff was friendly and the lobby was cozy. The hotel was also very clean and had modern decor. The breakfast food was excellent, even though it was not complimentary. The pool area was nice and the entire Old Mill was within walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Mill District next to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, with the option of having a pullout queen bed in the sectional. Some rooms also have a balcony, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are all there, including a jacuzzi tub in some rooms. Also, breakfast is included as an option.

No negative aspects found, everything was great.

Located in the heart of Old Mill district, we were able to walk to the river tubing “put in” and “pull out” location. Friendly staff made us feel valued and cared for as gold members. The room was spacious and full of amenities. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the Mill District next to the river. It was so convenient to walk to everything in the downtown area of Bend. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, with a pullout queen bed in the sectional and a balcony to enjoy the views. I also appreciated having breakfast included as an option.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel in Bend. The location was perfect, right by the Deschutes River and the Mill shopping center. The hotel building was impressive and well-designed, with a comfortable lobby area. The room itself was very well-appointed and had two sinks in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. We also loved the complimentary coffee and tea selections in the lobby, as well as the Keurig coffee maker and flavor selection in our room. The hotel facilities, including the business office with computers and printer, were great.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us! We paid for rooms facing the river and the views from our rooms were beautiful! The Old Mill district area is wonderful and we easily walked to the river, restaurants, shopping, and trails. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our rooms were great! Beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The free parking and complementary towels were a nice touch. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city as it was close to all the sights. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunset.

We had a less than stellar experience during our stay. The air conditioning was incredibly loud which made it difficult to sleep at night.
