The room was spacious and very clean. The staff, especially the lady working the evening/night shift, was friendly and helpful. She took care of a small inconvenience immediately and made up for it. Sharon at the front desk was phenomenal, going above and beyond to track down our delayed luggage that the airline had misdelivered. The breakfast buffet was great, the parking lot was well lit, and we enjoyed the complimentary newspaper and cookies. it was a wonderful hotel to stay at.

I had an early morning shift as a frontline healthcare worker and was delighted to find that Hampton Inn offered an early breakfast. It was such a relief to be able to eat before starting my long day. The grab and go bags in the morning were perfect for me when I was running late. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient for my travel route, and my room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in person was very pleasant and helpful, especially when we encountered payment issues with a third-party booking. The staff was great overall, and the cleaning was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and great pillows. The A/C worked well, and we were able to leave the fan on all the time. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to choose from. We were also impressed with the hotel facilities, including the well-lit entrance and the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The shower had great pressure and various settings on the shower head. The towels were soft as well.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Defiance for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I absolutely loved the grab and go bags in the morning - they were a lifesaver for my busy schedule. The rooms were clean and spacious, with soft towels and a shower that had great water pressure. The entrance was well lit and inviting. it was a great hotel to stay at!

Despite the positive aspects, I would recommend this hotel. The air circulation throughout the entire hotel was quite poor, making it hot and stuffy in the hallways and rooms.
