Lovely Stay

I recently stayed at a hotel in Auburn Hills for a concert with my family. The hotel's price point initially caught my attention, but it was the overall excellent experience that made our stay unforgettable. From the friendly call asking about our needs upon arrival to the seamless check-in process and the clean and comfortable room, everything was perfect. There was a special shout-out to Janice at the front desk who was not only fun and friendly but also efficient. We also appreciated the helpfulness of Shawn. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay in Auburn Hills.

We had a fantastic stay! The workers were pleasant, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfy, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location in a business park was super convenient for us as we were attending a conference nearby. The hotel offered good rates for our stay and the staff was mostly friendly and polite. the room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient. the location of the hotel was also convenient for our city trip.

The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the manager on duty was amazing! the breakfast had a great selection, including a waffle bar, and they even had fresh baked cookies throughout the day. the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.

The drapes in the room were set in a way that didn't allow them to fully close, so the morning sun bothered me when I wanted to sleep in. It would have been nice to have better curtains to block out the light.

We had a great experience at Hampton! the property was clean and conveniently located near I-75. the staff, especially Aaron, the night shift manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable and there was a great selection of pillows. the fitness center and pool were well-equipped and clean. the Hampton team did a fantastic job!

Additionally, the breakfast provided was incredible, with a wide variety of options available, including make-your-own waffles and pre-made omelets. Rhonda, one of the staff members, was especially helpful and even made us special waffles. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly manager KD provided fast accommodation for my stressed family. Excellent staff secured adjoining rooms despite initial snag. Clean rooms, basic breakfast with tasty banana bread waffles.
