We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect; right next to the Underground so it was really easy to get around. The staff, especially the receptionists, were super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and more, with great housekeeping and amenities like heating and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury. Plus, the dining area in the room was a great feature.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay! With useful facilities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and 24-hour security, it really is perfect!

The room was quiet and I was able to sleep really well. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and it was centrally located. One more advantage was the presence of a kitchenette in the room, which came in handy.

When I arrived, I found a dirty sponge and a filthy remote control in the room, which made me doubt the cleanliness of the hotel. the sheets on the bed were also dirty and I had to change them myself.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the London Eye and Waterloo station, and I couldn't be happier with the value for money. The room itself was excellent, with a nice decor/design and an amazing shower. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the London Eye and close to bars and restaurants. The staff, especially the lady who cleaned our room, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better, maybe with more variety in the toiletries provided in the room. I had some issues with the soap damaging my hair, so it would have been nice to have separate shampoo and conditioner available.

The hotel boasts an ideal location with easy access to public transportation and a variety of delicious food options. A couple of wonderfully cozy bars and some excellent shops surround the place. The rooms are well-appointed and include multiple thoughtful touches such as USB plug sockets and a smart TV. The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to assist with whatever guests may require.

The kitchen facility was quite cramped, with hardly any space to move once the doors were open, leaving much to be desired.

We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi signal in our room on the lower basement floor. Despite the efforts of the maintenance team, the signal kept dropping in and out, causing inconvenience for our work calls.

We got great value for our money at Nox Hotels - Waterloo. The room was modern and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic rainshower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Waterloo underground, and the staff treated us with kindness and efficiency.

Great central location, close to key transport modes and easy access to explore the city. Friendly staff who went the extra mile and provided a room with lovely views. Smart TV with Netflix access and tea/coffee making facilities in the room were handy extras.

Room lacked basic items such as hand towels, bath carpet, soap and toilet brush despite repeated requests. the cups and mugs were filthy and the bed was not particularly comfortable.

Loved the modern room and great central location near bars and restaurants. The kitchen was a bonus. Unfortunately, I got locked in the bathroom and it was very frightening, but the staff quickly came to my rescue. I would recommend Nox Waterloo Aparthotel for a comfortable stay.
