I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed with a vanity/desk area that had plenty of outlets and a charging area. The bathroom was also large and well thought out, with room for all my essential items. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Starbucks across the street and a Chick-fil-A next door, making it easy for me to grab a quick bite to eat. The front desk associate was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself smelled good and appeared clean and fresh. I also appreciated the fact that there were no carpets in the room, as carpet in hotels can often be gross.

Convenient Location: the hotel is situated near to the Lakewood Center, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. Great Breakfast: the complimentary breakfast provided a nice variety of options, surprising for a hotel. Comfortable Rooms: the rooms were clean and the bedding was amazing, offering a comfortable stay.

Poor Management: During check-in, the front desk person was too busy flirting/talking and ended up charging my card twice for each room. Despite several hours of communication with Hilton Customer Care, I have only received one refund.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable king size bed. The staff is friendly and check-in is a breeze. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the nearby Lakepoint Sports Complex. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn near the ballpark! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially in accommodating teams and coaches. The location was perfect, right next to the LakePoint Sports Complex. There were plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The staff was fabulous, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool and there were plenty of food options nearby. There was even a water skiing practice area behind the hotel for those interested. a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in the Emerson - Lakepoint area for a quick overnight stay. The staff was phenomenal, from the attentive managers to the friendly front desk associates. They made sure every detail was taken care of. Despite hosting a group of teenage baseball players, the entire hotel was impeccably clean. The breakfast was outstanding, and I can't say enough about it. Plus, I had the pleasure of meeting the great general manager!

Can recommend this hotel.
