We had a fantastic experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was exceptional, always friendly and available to assist us. They even organized special activities like S'mores in the evening, which was a delightful surprise. Moreover, on the first morning, they had a talk with breakfast where they provided us with valuable information about the surrounding area, including the best restaurants and sights to visit. They even recommended an out, of, the, way restaurant that served delicious food at a more affordable price. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Acadia National Park and other attractions. Additionally, the kitchen in our unit was well, equipped, even having a large pot for cooking our own lobster. We also discovered that they offered the option to have live lobster delivered to our doorstep if we preferred. our experience was exceptional.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was the spotty Wi, Fi connection. the internet service was not consistent, which made it a bit frustrating at times.

As those taking off early, we loved the comfortable accommodations and the beautiful property. We enjoyed seeing wild turkeys right behind our deck and the convenience of having a washer/dryer. The hot tub was a great way to relax after long hiking days. The location of the village was cute and family-friendly, with amenities such as a pool, hot tub, pool table, and old style video games. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even quickly replacing dead batteries in a remote control. Our kids loved the pool and game room. we had a great experience and would recommend this resort.
