Elevator had a foul odor, air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature on the fourth floor!!! The pool area lacks sufficient shading, and there's inadequate maintenance on broken furniture!!! Missing repair attention and dirty fixtures are apparent!!!

We loved how conveniently located the hotel was. it made getting to all our events a breeze. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially at breakfast where we found a great variety of options. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. breakfast had good options and was always stocked. i liked the free wifi and my room was pretty clean and comfy. the hospitality of the kitchen staff was off the charts, they kept everyone smiling. also, the waffles were a hit, loved having them every morning!

had a little mildew in the bathroom that wasn't cool, and the tub could really use some upgrading. also, the towels weren't always restocked on time.

This hotel is super close to lots of fun spots like Regency Square Mall and some great local restaurants. We enjoyed a movie at Cinema 12. Plus, they were pet-friendly, which made it easy for us with our small dog!

My wife says that the bathroom really needs some updating.

The large lobby was perfect for family gatherings. The late checkout at noon was a game changer.
