Life savior after a cancelled flight. Heather arrived in the van promptly to pick me up from the airport. Clean rooms, great service, and the van took me back to the airport the next day. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel near the airport that I highly recommend. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices that were perfect for my budget. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. They even went out of their way to accommodate special requests, such as providing a pack-n-play crib for my little one. I also appreciated the convenient location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still in a prime tourist spot. The basic amenities were all top-notch, and the breakfast menu had a variety of delicious options that changed daily.

We had a fantastic stay here! The rooms were sparkling clean, and we could tell that they had been thoroughly sanitized. Even the TV remote was wrapped in a sealed bag, which was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, just like the "Chick-fil-a" of the hotel business. Anna and Nancy, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly attentive and sweet, not only taking care of our family but also all the other families during breakfast. If we were opening a business, we would definitely hire them as leaders of our customer experience team.

Didn't dislike anything.

The hotel provided clean rooms and the staff was great. the shuttle service was prompt and efficient, picking us up from the airport within minutes of calling. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a nearby shopping center. I also enjoyed the spacious and quiet room, making my stay comfortable and relaxing.

One downside was the breakfast. Although it was okay, it would have been better if it included some vegetables.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a short five minute drive from RSW airport. Plus, there were plenty of food options nearby. The room was a bit noisy but being right by the front desk may have contributed to that. The staff, especially Heather, were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn Fort Myers-Airport & I-75 for a quick stay.
