We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were warm and delicious. The hotel had great facilities including a jacuzzi tub, extra towels, and blankets. We also appreciated the accurate thermostat and the convenience of having a luggage cart. The location between Bowling Green and Nashville was easily accessible off the interstate, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is right off I-65 and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including a Mexican restaurant next door. The staff was helpful and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the service from the breakfast staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me, right off I-65 and close to the Kentucky Downs casino. I also loved the convenience of having a Mexican restaurant next door. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area.

We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel on our way to Florida. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the friendly hotel staff. the room was equipped with a whirlpool bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also appreciated the easy access to the hotel, making it convenient for us to come and go.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the bathtub in our room was dirty, with scum residue coming out of some of the jets, making it unusable.

Checking out was a breeze. We had a great experience with everyone we encountered. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in the area!

The staff at Hampton Inn Franklin went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had an issue with our room. They immediately moved us to a new room and even adjusted our room rate as a gesture of goodwill. The outdoor pool was clean, and our whole family enjoyed spending time there. our stay was pleasant and family-friendly.
