The front desk staff were polite, pleasant, and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection and there was a shopping plaza nearby. The hotel manager, Sam, was amazing and resolved a booking error.

This hotel provides easy access to both major colleges in the area and is near various waterfalls. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with two bars of soap in the bathroom. The breakfast is great with several good choices. There are also several nearby restaurants and stores.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi access. , the hotel’s proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy and convenient to explore the area. What I liked the most was the comfortable bed that allowed me to rest after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel did not offer enough parking spaces, which was a major inconvenience. the noise from passing cars and nearby establishments was quite loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.
