The only breakfast option that could be improved is the missing slide-out holder for the coffee packets. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided coffee downstairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and as a solo traveler, I found the facilities and amenities to be top-notch. The staff, especially Joanna, who worked at the breakfast hospitality, was incredibly friendly and personable. The rooms were spacious and perfect for my needs as I had my wife, our 3-year-old son, and our 4-month-old daughter with us. The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully decorated, and though I didn't get a chance to use them, the pool and gym area looked great. Additionally, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the hotel even kept coffee available in the evening. The breakfast provided was also surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. I had a fantastic experience as a solo traveler at this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room, elevator, and hallway was outstanding, making me feel refreshed. The breakfast area and lobby were tastefully decorated, and despite not using them, the pool and gym looked impressive from a distance. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in this city and provided easy access to transportation to Hampton. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. A special shout-out to Joanna, who manages the breakfast area - she is a breath of fresh air.
