Friendly Staff and Convenient Amenities!

During my solo trip, the team went above and beyond. They provided accommodating options for my special needs and even helped store items for me. I also enjoyed local craft beers at the Bistro, a delightful bonus! Pro tip, be cautious about parking costs. it adds up quickly.

Great location and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was good, but the 24-hour reception was slow.

i had a fantastic time exploring the nearby buffalo bayou park, which is a beautiful area for walking, and i loved that there were some great local coffee shops like juiceland just a short walk away, making my mornings even better.

the room was clean and had a nice updated decor. the rude staff member ruined my stay.

The hotel’s urban design and comfortable beds stood out, but I was taken aback by the $60 charge to my credit card despite no purchases. The parking options were also unclear, requiring clarification at check-in.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the walls were paper thin! ! I heard everything from the adjacent rooms, which made it hard to sleep. Plus, the attached parking garage was a small convenience, even if it cost $15 a day. Not ideal for a peaceful stay, but I knew it was a quick stop for business.

It wasn't cheap though! !

The property is well-maintained with modern features. The room had a microwave and fridge, which were convenient. The design of the bathroom, with the shower faucet mounted to the side, was thoughtfully planned. I appreciated the ample power outlets available. The pool area offered a nice space to relax.

during my honeymoon, the hotel really exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in houston. the pool area was great for relaxing, and its location near shopping and dining made our experience even better. the room was spacious, and the shower design was impressively thoughtful.

The noise levels in the hotel can be a real issue due to the thin walls, making it hard to catch any decent sleep if neighbors decide to get noisy. Parking fees are unexpectedly high, especially in circumstances where guests are in need due to external conditions, which feels a bit off. Additionally, the elevators are painfully slow, turning a simple trip to your room into an unnecessary wait.

The staff friendliness, the charm of the front desk, the clean pool area was simply excellent.

I appreciated the craft beers from local breweries at the Bistro during my stay. The outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape after exploring the city. I enjoyed a walk along Heights Boulevard, admiring the Victorian homes in the area. The staff were consistently friendly, which made me feel comfortable. I settled into my room, which had everything I needed, from a microwave to a flat-screen TV. The location suited me perfectly, allowing easy access to local attractions.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfy! I loved the Marriott mattresses and linens, they’re the best. The room was spacious and well-kept, but not mind-blowing. Plus, the AC was super quiet, which was a nice touch! Oh, and the shower was great, with the faucet mounted on the side instead of under the showerhead—made showering much easier. Overall, it worked just fine for our concert weekend!
