Room did not match what I had booked, got a smaller bed and uncomfortable sofa bed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Lake Guntersville. The location is perfect, with a nice view of the lake. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms had a great view of the lake, allowing me to watch the beautiful sunsets. The service from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating, even serving an early breakfast for guests participating in an event. The breakfast options were Hampton standard and fine, and I particularly enjoyed the mango/yogurt smoothie.

Our stay in the hotel gave us an enjoyable experience because of a few reasons. The location is great because it is situated just above the lake and we enjoyed the stunning view. The hotel is also within walking distance of a good seafood restaurant. We were glad that our room was clean and the HVAC system worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating; Adrienne from the front desk went out of her way to make our stay great.

Some parts of the hotel need refreshing because some of the furnishings are old, and the room appears visually unappealing.
