The location of the hotel was convenient, with just a short drive to downtown and other sightseeing locations. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and plenty of pillows. In the morning, the continental breakfast offered fresh muffins, fruit, cereal.

The staff at the hotel were not very competent and made a mistake with my reservation, causing a bit of inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even helping us find parking and ensuring we could easily enter and exit the property with our trailer. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were updated and colorful. The hotel's location was convenient, only a short drive away from the heart of the city. We were able to park for free at the Nissan Stadium and walk to the center in just 10 minutes via the pedestrian bridge. The breakfast provided was better than expected, with sausages, eggs, biscuits, and more.

The rooms at this hotel were incredibly crowded, especially with two beds. One bed was uncomfortably close to the AC, creating a noisy and uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The Sleep Inn in downtown Opryland area was a great value for the money. The room was clean, cozy, and had a nice shower pod in the bathroom. The location was convenient with restaurants on the same street, and the staff, especially Carla and Nicole, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with more options than just cold cereal and apples.
