As a couple, we loved the exceptional service provided by the staff. The housekeeping was on point and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy and the reception staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and other shops. The breakfast had a variety of options and the complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours was a nice touch. we had a great stay and would definitely return.

the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the furniture was stylish and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and the provided towels were plentiful. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, with close proximity to both the beach and a variety of shops. Additionally, the breakfast included had a wide range of options that pleased everyone in my family.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor hiccups that could be improved upon.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Gulfstream Park, restaurants, stores, and a casino. As bike riders, we appreciated the convenience and enjoyed exploring the area.

They ensured my needs were met and were always available if needed. the hotel was easy to get to and check-in/check-out was done with ease. the breakfast served had a wide variety to choose from and was available for a good length of time. the location of the hotel was convenient, with Gulfstream Park just across the street.

There was some noise from construction taking place nearby, but it was not a major issue. the public beach was a short drive away, which may be inconvenient for those who prefer a hotel closer to the beach.

Whether it was a grocery store, dollar store, shopping mall, or fine dining, everything was easily accessible within minutes. The hotel's proximity to a mini casino was an added bonus. We were also impressed with the amazing staff at Hampton Inn. The supervisor, Sue, went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring a delightful stay. The entire team, including Renee, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. we had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out, with good lighting in the bathroom and plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable and there were a good number of outlets for charging devices. The best thing was the complimentary breakfast, which was extended until 11:00am, allowing us to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from a mini casino and a short distance from Aventura Mall. It's also not far from the airport and very close to Aventura Mall where I had to work for the day.
