I visited while on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings, which were delicious and well-stocked each morning. The convenient location near several local attractions made it easy to catch up on some sightseeing in between meetings. I appreciated the large, comfortable room with all the necessary amenities, making my stay productive and relaxing.

the pool was freezing, and staff were utterly uninterested in fixing it. i can't believe a hotel like this wouldn’t prioritize a cozy swim environment for its guests. after my experience, i expected at least an upgrade or a complimentary snack for my troubles, but i guess only special guests matter here, how tragic. wouldn’t recommend.

This place was a good spot for me and my service dog. The room was big and comfy, with a fridge and microwave which I surely appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and staff were super nice, makin’ ya feel right at home. Wish the pool was warmer though, that'd be nice for a dip.

We love staying here! The location is perfect, just minutes from Boo Williams Sportscomplex and various shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently near the Coliseum and directly across from Careplex, making it easy to enjoy our outings and participate in the half marathon. The clean rooms and great breakfast added to our enjoyable stay.

One downside was that the hall noise was somewhat distracting at times.

The Hampton Inn had clean rooms and a decent breakfast offering, but the mattress was uncomfortable and the toilet seat was loose upon arrival. While the staff was willing to help, the issues with the toilet were not addressed in a timely manner. This stay might be suitable for a short trip, but improvements in maintenance and breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

During my stay, the area provided various activities including outlet shopping and golf, which I enjoyed. The free breakfast did not always meet expectations, and I found the dining area accommodating. On my final evening, I noticed the pool was quite cold, which was disappointing. Being an Italian traveler, I expected warmer facilities. My experience generally aligned with what I seek in my journeys.

the walls were paper thin. we heard every little noise from neighbors. the breakfast was hot and good. perfect for quick meals. staff were friendly and the room was consistently clean, just what I needed.
