Great location right off the freeway, easy to find. Staff was friendly and provided us with 3 towels in the room with AC and 2 king beds. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Ac Hotel Downtown for a quick visit to catch a San Jose Sharks game. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the SAP Center. The staff was phenomenal, checking us in early and providing attentive service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the fitness center had everything I needed for a quick workout. a great experience!

Located near the highway, Farmers' Market, and SAP Center, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility. Guests can enjoy a smart TV, a smaller but pleasant pool, and a friendly staff. Although the bathroom has a half glass door, the room has a comfortable feel to it.

The menu seems limited, especially for families with kids needing more choices, and room service may not be satisfactory.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel! The room with 2 king beds was spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a convenient bar/food lounge in the lobby. The staff, especially the valet guy Carlos/Jose, were welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. We also appreciated the convenient location, right off the highway and near San Pedro square. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food.

We loved how convenient this place was, located right in the path of the freeway off ramp. The room service was exceptional and the dry cleaning was a plus. We had everything we needed here, including a refrigerator and an in-room safe. The staff was very attentive and the soundproofed rooms were great for a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel had a lovely indoor pool which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some leisure time. the staff members were friendly and attentive, especially the bartenders who provided excellent service. the hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance of the SAP Center and various restaurants, making it easy to explore and dine out.
