During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided helpful information about the area. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short drive from downtown. We also loved the breakfast options, especially the cheese omelettes and kielbasa sausage. It was a great way to start our day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the housekeeping staff seemed to be a bit intrusive, coming into our room twice in the morning when we were preparing to check out.

The hotel's location, close to Asheville, was perfect for my needs. The hotel is very attractive and modern, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection varied from day-to-day, providing some variety. The breakfast included fresh fruit, which was a nice touch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. They had a crib available upon request and the breakfast was well-run with plenty of options. The pool and gym were clean and not crowded. a great stay!

I recently stayed at a hotel that was pleasantly surprising. It is conveniently located close to several dining options and a business office. We enjoyed dining at many restaurants near the hotel, from fast food to fine dining. The hotel room was clean with comfortable beds, well-stocked amenities, and hot water, making our stay enjoyable. The indoor pool was incredible, and breakfast was filling with great choices.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions in the area. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, they had hand sanitizer readily available, which was a nice touch considering the current situation.

One thing I did not like was the outdated feel of the hotel. the rooms definitely showed their age and could use some renovations.

We were happy that the refrigerator did not freeze our food. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including cheese omelettes and kielbasa sausage. the indoor pool was a nice feature, especially since it was salt water.

The location of our room on the first floor right next to the lobby was not ideal. We could hear the front lobby doors opening and closing, which made it difficult to sleep.
