the beds were super comfortable, the shower was excellent, and having a mini fridge in the room was a nice touch. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, especially for my baseball-loving elderly father-in-law. the location was perfect for our sports games and close to the Toyota Center.

parking was an additional cost

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient downtown location and its proximity to Buffalo Bayou Park. The ability to explore the area on foot was a major advantage. The comprehensive breakfast, available from 6:00 to 10:00, was delicious and provided a wide variety of options. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a small pool to relax in. Our room had a fantastic view of the city skyline, creating a pleasant ambiance. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and the presence of an iron and ironing board was convenient.

I must say, my recent stay at Hampton Inn Houston Downtown was fantastic. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Houston and attending an Astros game, which was just minutes away. The valet staff was friendly and always prompt in getting our car. Although the room was a little warm, the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel was clean, and I appreciated the self-service option for linens and towels. The breakfast, although basic, had a good selection, except for the microwaved breakfast sausage. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service.

The fact that breakfast is included is a bonus, making it even more convenient for guests.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Downtown for a quick stopover. Great breakfast, comfy beds, and cold AC. Convenient location with everything within walking distance. Helpful staff, especially Alex at reception who sorted out my valet parking issue. Spacious and clean room with a big, comfy bed and a spacious shower. Good wifi and lots of good restaurants nearby. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I absolutely loved the hotel's central location in Downtown. It was so convenient to be able to walk to various restaurants and attend the 'party in the park' event during my stay. Plus, being in close proximity to Minute Maid Park was a major bonus for me, especially when going to a game. The staff at the hotel, especially Debbie at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and provided great advice on transportation options like the tram, which saved me a lot of money. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a well-equipped bathroom and plenty of counter space. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection of tasty options. I also appreciated the fitness room and outdoor pool.

The design of the sliding door for the bathroom and closet was a bit inconvenient, as you couldn't close both at the same time.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for 3 nights while attending a weekend event at George Brown Convention Center. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and accommodation. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even providing me with vegan options for breakfast and a box of salad. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to Minute Maid Park, where we attended a baseball game. The cleanliness of the hotel was notable, and the staff was always helpful. I highly praise the manager for her professionalism and communication skills.

The location is excellent, just minutes away from Minute Maid and Toyota Stadium. Also close to IAH airport and NASA Space Center. Good breakfast with a wide variety of options. Clean rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Housekeeper woke us up early and was not friendly when we were not yet dressed for check-out. Not happy about this experience.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, great location , small bar with food inside, delicious and varied free breakfast.
