The location of the hotel was great, with lots of restaurants across the street. However, it was difficult to keep the area clean. The hotel was also convenient for getting to the airport, although it was a bit of a drive to other areas like the Dorals or the beach. The room was quite spacious and had some nice facilities like a fridge. However, the bathroom could have been better maintained and cleaned.

The service at the hotel could have been better, as some of the staff seemed like they were inconvenienced by our presence.

The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable for the family, with each room having its own full bathroom. We also appreciated the main floor accessibility.

We appreciated the complimentary beverages and the festive holiday decorations at the hotel. The location near shopping and restaurants was also a plus. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from our room.

The floors were very dirty, and we had to request basic kitchen items that should have been available in our room. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was disruptive, trying to enter our room too early in the morning and causing us to lose sleep.

The comfortable bed and modern decor added to the overall feel of luxury. The hotel amenities, such as the gym, spa, and huge pool, were well-kept and enjoyable. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a beautiful park. The staff was truly accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Great staff, very accommodating. Rooms are spacious and modern with kitchen and full-sized fridge with ice maker. Bathroom features flatscreen TV and jetted tub. Attention to detail for customer satisfaction. Will definitely return.
