We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Jacksonville for 3 days for a family reunion. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facility were clean with a fresh smell. The breakfast had a great variety and the beds were very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help locate a lost wallet. our stay was excellent and we have already booked another visit.

The hotel had easy check-in and the staff were very nice. The rooms were immaculate and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy breakfast.

I didn't like all the Halloween decorations everywhere, it was not welcoming at all. It would have been better to have more festive decorations like leaves, pumpkins, and sunflowers instead of creepy skeletons and witches.

The pillows at Hampton Inn were not up to par with the other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. They were under-filled and uncomfortable, requiring us to use two at a time.

Fresh scented rooms with outstanding bedding and a great breakfast selection. The location is peaceful and close to local attractions. A friendly staff made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Great Christmas at this hotel! Free wifi and complimentary breakfast were perfect for the price. Convenient location near many restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and microwave.

There were some issues with temperature control in the room. The heating system was not efficient and it was hard to keep a consistent temperature.
