Insufficient soundproofing often leads to disturbances from adjacent rooms!!! Connectivity issues with the WiFi are frustrating, and the late check-out policy can feel overly rigid!!! Improvements could really enhance guest experience!!!

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn By Hilton Kennewick At Southridge, I found the location convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom featured modern amenities, including a spacious shower and a ledge for toiletries. I truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included a fantastic variety, such as omelettes, fresh fruit, and pastries. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast! The warm cookies at night were a delightful touch, and the hotel is near great dining options like Bob’s Burgers & Brew.

However, I did find the shower head too high for someone of my height, making it a bit tricky to adjust. Additionally, the noise from the road could be a bit distracting at times.

During my stay at the Hampton Inn By Hilton Kennewick At Southridge, I really enjoyed the clean, spacious room with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, featuring various options like fresh fruit and eggs, which set a great tone for the day. Plus, the indoor pool was a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring nearby restaurants.

The only downside was the minor issue with the mattress being a bit firm for my liking.

Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was a hassle—I struggled to get online and had to deal with a confusing IT support process that didn't pan out. Additionally, the business center had a broken printer during my stay, which was a letdown since reliable connectivity is crucial for travelers. I also found the toilet in my room had a bit of a stubborn clog, forcing me to use the first-floor facilities, which was inconvenient. Lastly, a few noise disturbances from adjacent rooms interrupted my peace, not ideal for a good night's sleep.

Lekker spacious room with comfy beds! Brekkie area was super clean and had all the basics to start the day, defs a winner for budget stays. Plus, snagging some time at the pool was a nice jol after long days!
