Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

We were passing through and needed a room due to a storm. The Hampton Inn in Kerrville was right off the I-10, making it very convenient for us. The lobby was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was also clean, with no issues. Although the mattress could have been better, everything else was satisfactory. The breakfast had the usual options, though it could be improved. it was an okay stay and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, right off I-10 and close to a variety of restaurants. It made getting around town very convenient. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose, just like the situation with the hair dryer in one of the previous reviews. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with a nice hot jacuzzi to relax in after a long day. the attention to detail and value for money at this hotel were outstanding.
