Spacious rooms designed for family comfort.

During my stay, I faced several issues. The air conditioning was poorly designed, blowing directly on the bed like a blast freezer, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the toilet paper dispenser was loose and coming off the wall, which is not what you expect in a hotel. Finally, the bathroom sink faucet was also loose, adding to the overall impression of neglect in maintenance.

during my stay, I really appreciated the proximity to some fascinating spots like the Alabama Museum of Natural History just a bit less than 5 km away, and I also loved how Monnish Park was only about 3 km away, perfect for a relaxing stroll in the fresh air after exploring the city.

Super lekker place, clean and comfy, great spot close to Walmart which I loved! Staff were really friendly, honestly felt like a chommie at reception. Got some decent brekkie as well, perfect after a long drive!

WiFi was a bit iffy the last night, but not a total dealbreaker.

The King Studio was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful accommodations like a mini fridge. While breakfast had a variety of options, it experienced delays in replenishment due to staffing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a friendly environment.

i had a fantastic experience at springhill suites during my holiday, especially compared to my previous stay in tuscaloosa. the staff went above and beyond, making my family feel welcome right away. everything was clean and spacious, which really resonated with us as we enjoyed our time together.

the main lamp in the living room was not functional.

Had a sweet stay, but the WiFi was dodgy the last night, which was a bit of a bummer. The staff were super friendly, though—chur for that!

The place was clean, breezy, and had a lovely layout that really worked for our family. We felt right at home during our stay, with everything we needed at our fingertips.

However, I was a bit taken aback by the coffee bar light situation. Clearly, it didn’t get the memo about its duties!

I really enjoyed the cozy layout of my room with a separate sitting area, perfect for winding down after a long day. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were great spots to relax and soak up some sun. Just a small note, the toilet paper holder was a bit loose, but it didn’t bother me too much. Definitely recommend checking it out for a chill getaway! ☀️

Upon check-in, the staff made a great impression—we were greeted warmly, and the warm cookies were a delightful touch. Our King Studio with Trundle Bed was spacious, clean, and equipped with useful features that added to our comfort. However, the WiFi connectivity was inconsistent during the last night, which made it difficult to plan our next day.
