I recently stayed at Augusta Boutique House for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when our arrival was delayed. The room and ensuite had high-quality fittings and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the waterfall shower. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing me to easily walk to all the attractions. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff spoke perfect English and the breakfast tray on the rooftop patio was delicious. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms that were stylishly decorated and very clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy loft library with a good selection of books. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing, with a healthy and delicious spread. The staff were top-notch, providing superb customer service and being very helpful and friendly. The location, despite being on a busy pedestrian street, was perfect, as it was close to all attractions and right next to a bakery where they made delicious nata's.

The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed a peaceful breakfast with stunning views. we highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and impressive accommodation.

the rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. the breakfast served on the terrace was absolutely delicious. What impressed me the most was the helpful and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

Located right in the heart of the city, in the plaza's in Rossio, Augusta Boutique House offers a convenient location for short-term visitors. The hotel is close to everything you would desire, including the underground and train station. The spacious rooms and well-soundproofed environment ensure a peaceful stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace, with great views of the city, such as the Elevador and the big castle. The hotel also boasts stylish decor and comfy beds.

There were some issues with customer service, including a negative attitude from one staff member and occasional unavailability at the front desk.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our new year getaway. It was situated right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transportation. We could easily explore the city and reach places like Castelo de Sao Jorge, Sintra, and Belem.

Although our room was comfortable and well-maintained, we did experience some minor issues. the coffee pods provided were limited, and the coffee machine occasionally malfunctioned.

This hotel provided a cozy and friendly atmosphere during my Christmas stay. the staff were great and always went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. the rooms were well-equipped with a comfortable bed and all the necessary facilities. the location of the hotel was ideal, being centrally located and close to key attractions. the breakfast served in the room was a nice touch that allowed for a personalized dining experience.

The ventilation in the shower had a minor leak issue, which was a slight inconvenience. It would have been better if there was staff available in the evenings and early mornings for assistance.
