We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was great, as it was close to the airport and within walking distance of family restaurants.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to the freeway. This made it convenient for us to navigate the city and get to our destinations quickly. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice convenience. We were able to grab a quick meal before starting our day of exploring.

During our stay, the hotel was quite crowded with noisy teenagers and families. This made it a bit noisy in the lobby and breakfast area, which was not ideal for a couple traveling for business.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles, very clean accommodations, great location for exploring the area. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for 3.5 days and loved the hot breakfast with fluffy eggs, pancakes, sausage, and fruit. The shuttle to Churchill Downs saved us $30 in parking and ran 24/7. The friendly staff was always helpful, and the temperature in our room was just right. We also enjoyed spending hours in the pool during our stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kentucky. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent service really stood out to me. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the front desk clerk, Ms. Erika, who went above and beyond to assist me with a personal item, to the manager Matthew who always greeted me with a smile, the hotel staff made me feel welcome and valued.

All aspects of my stay were enjoyable.

The hotel also provided an airport shuttle, which was convenient, and it was in a great location for walking to the Expo Center, Freedom Hall, and Kentucky Kingdom.
