The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The bathroom was also very clean. The highlight was the awesome Wi-Fi. Convenient location, around 15 minutes from Rock City and Ruby Falls. Staff were friendly and communicative.

We had a wonderful summer vacation with our grandkids at Comfort Inn. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for non-fast food restaurants. The continental breakfast had a good variety, and the service was friendly. The hotel's location was within a short drive of Chattanooga's main attractions. we had a pleasant stay and would choose this hotel again for future visits to the area.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect and it was close to all the Lookout Mountain attractions as well as the riverfront areas. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out; everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic with a nice selection to choose from.

They were always available to answer any questions and provide directions or recommendations for nearby attractions. the bed in the room was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day of work. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city and nearby amenities.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, with some areas appearing less than tidy. the WiFi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done.

The front desk staff, Kenny and Jerry were absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Kenny was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, it really added to my overall experience. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to all the Lookout Mountain attractions as well as the riverfront areas. The rooms were updated and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and lovely new furniture. The attention to detail, like fresh and clean sheets for the pull-out beds, really stood out to me. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was absolutely amazing, with a waffle bar, variety of fresh fruit, hot sausage and scrambled eggs, and much more. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is the perfect location for visitors travelling by car! It is close to all the Lookout Mountain attractions, including the riverfront areas, and all the areas we wanted to visit. We felt quite safe during our stay and loved that everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. We appreciated the outstanding service of the staff and enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning before we headed out.

Plus, the breakfast options were amazing, with a variety of fresh fruits, waffles, and hot items like sausages and scrambled eggs. the hotel location was also convenient, close to major attractions in the city and easy access to the interstate.

One downside of the hotel was limited parking, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the surrounding area didn't feel very safe, with people hanging around outside the hotel and the shared parking lot with a lower-class hotel.
