I loved the free hot breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The beds in both rooms were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful sleep. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the rooms. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and our planned activities in the Gary area made it very convenient. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with a fresh and clean smell. The staff, both at the front desk and the lady preparing the food, were friendly and accommodating. They even made turkey sausage for us, which was a real plus.

We stayed at Hampton Inn in Crown Point for my daughter's travel softball tournament. The staff was fabulous, taking pride in their hotel and providing excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet night and appreciated the variety of breakfast options. The snack packs provided at departure were a nice touch.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay at a hotel near shopping and restaurants. the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. the hotel had a nice touch of complementary coffee and tea available all day and also provided a complementary shuttle service within a 5-mile radius.

The only disappointment was the breakfast options. There were limited choices and the service was not very good.

The room at the hotel was spacious and well, maintained, offering plenty of space for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being only an hour away from downtown Chicago. Another advantage was the excellent bathroom facilities, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the parking lot was being resurfaced, resulting in limited parking spots.
