Friendly staff made our check-in experience easy.

While the room was fresh and clean, I found the bed to be surprisingly hard, which impacted my comfort level for the night. I also booked a queen bed but it felt more like a full, which was disappointing. The breakfast selection was quite basic, lacking the variety I expected, and the nearby options were limited, making it hard to find a satisfying meal without needing to venture out.

I appreciate the hotel's convenient access to the freeways, making it easy to reach various attractions in the northern part of Minneapolis. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and I enjoyed the clean, freshly updated room during our stay.

The breakfast options could use a little more variety, but there are nearby restaurants.

Super convenient to the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes and the Venetian Indoor Waterpark. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated that they had a late-night room available. Great for families too—lots of others there enjoying the amenities. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The Queen Room was spotless, and the small pool became my late-night refuge, where I enjoyed the hot tub all to myself.
