Bonnie's warm hospitality and her delicious cookies for guests truly made my stay feel special!

As soon as I stepped in, I felt the warmth of the front desk team. They were incredibly helpful, like when I needed a new room key and got it immediately. The cozy atmosphere made settling in a breeze, and I enjoyed the peacefulness of the area—not too far from Monroe's dining spots.

However, I encountered a little hiccup. The breakfast selection was nice, but it could use more variety. I expected a few more options, especially for someone like me who loves trying different goodies to kickstart the day.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hampton Inn Monroe was quite disappointing. The hotel was experiencing a significant issue with a burst pipe, leading to a flooded lobby and an unbearable noise level due to nonstop fans. This ongoing situation made it difficult to get any rest or enjoy the breakfast service, which was also lacking in options. The staff tried to be friendly, but the circumstances really detracted from the overall experience.

The rooms were spacious, providing enough space for families or groups. Plus, you can't beat the large TVs with DirecTV, giving you some good options for entertainment after a long day.

Unfortunately, the hotel has its share of issues. Internet connectivity was absolutely atrocious, rendering even the premium service useless. The breakfast was quite underwhelming. items ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished promptly. Maintenance could use some love, too—reports of broken amenities seem to be a persistent issue, so who knows what could go wrong during your stay.

The cookies they offer at the front desk are a sweet treat that definitely made my day! The pool area was enjoyable despite a few rough patches, and the hotel's quiet setting made it a lovely retreat after exploring local culinary hotspots like Red Lobster.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. They almost made it feel like part of the quirky charm of the place.

I appreciate the safe parking lot, which made me feel secure as a solo traveler. The hotel's proximity to Sterling State Park is fantastic, offering beautiful scenery and outdoor activities just a short drive away, making my stay both relaxing and convenient. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, enhancing my overall experience.

Hotel is situated right off the freeway, which made for an easy arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious! Plus, you’ve got a Fazoli’s nearby—perfect for a quick bite!
