Had a lovely stay over New Year's at a hotel in Aliso Viejo. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils. The location was convenient, close to the town center and its great restaurants. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face.

The check-in process was quite stressful and confusing. The hotel's computer system seemed to have some issues with charging, leading to multiple requests for payment and a pending transaction on my account.
