My recent stay at Hampton Inn was a delight. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the updated and modern furniture arrangement. The room had ample space for my luggage and a comfortable sitting area. The bed and pillows were so cozy, providing a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. I was also impressed by the wide selection of cable channels and the chaise longue, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The blackout curtains were a game-changer, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. I also enjoyed the convenience of the IHOP next door, where I received a fantastic 20% discount.

The bathroom could have been warmer, as there seemed to be no heat vent, and adjusting the room temperature to my desired coolness while sleeping was a bit challenging. Additionally, locating the elevators from the lobby was a bit frustrating due to the poor placement of the directional sign.

Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, friendly check-in manager, well-maintained pool area, beautiful decor, relaxing rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I was impressed with the well-maintained facilities, including the refreshing pool and hot tub. The convenient location in mid Michigan made it a breeze to drive to Central Michigan University in just 5 minutes. The free breakfast surpassed my expectations, with a variety of delicious options that were much better than what you usually find at other hotels. The friendly staff greeted me with a cheerful good morning every time.

The digital key feature was a game-changer, allowing me to easily unlock my room with my phone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bathrooms could use some updating. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and convenience.

Had a great xmas stay at a lovely hotel. Rooms were wonderful with a comfortable bed and lots of space. the sofa, snack table and rolling ottomans were a nice touch. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options like mini omelettes, sausages, waffles, and boiled eggs.

There were a few downsides. the pool experience was disappointing as it was crowded and had an unpleasant smell due to a group having a pizza party.

The breakfast was ready early in the morning and was convenient for my early departure. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

The coffee served was absolutely terrible, probably the worst I've ever had at a hotel. The room temperature control was frustrating, as the AC would turn off when it didn't sense movement, leaving me cold at night.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of towels. The pool room was soundproof, even though our room was right across. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and furnishings were updated and beautiful. The breakfast seating area was contemporary and well-arranged.

We loved the spacious and modern room, complete with a comfortable chaise lounge and brand new glass showers. The individual thermostat was a great feature, allowing us to set the perfect temperature. The barn door style for the bathroom added a stylish touch. The blackout curtains were amazing for a good night's sleep. And the 20% discount at the neighboring IHOP for breakfast was a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Terrible noise from hallway and overhead, made it difficult to sleep. Poor soundproofing, could hear noise from hallway through the door.
