This hotel offered great value for the price. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide directions. the location was very convenient, particularly for medical purposes. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

The pool was not usable due to an overwhelming amount of chlorine. It was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming.

Best aspects of this stay were the friendly and helpful staff. the front desk agent who checked us in was awesome, and the security during our stay was great. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to our destination and everything we needed was right nearby. It made it easy to get around and explore the area.

Worst aspects of this stay were the septic smell in the lobby and the fact that the indoor pool was closed, which was not listed during the reservation process. the poor lighting in the room was also a bit disappointing, as there were only lamps and one of them didn't work.
