I recently had the pleasure of staying at a newly renovated hotel in the Malvern/Frazer area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. The rooms were recently refurbished, giving them a fresh and modern feel. The hotel's renovation definitely paid off!

Although I did encounter a small issue with the digital key, I appreciate that the hotel still offers the traditional key card option. Sometimes it's best to stick with the tried and true.

Great location! The hotel was conveniently located near West Chester University, which made it easy for us to attend our event there. It was also nice to have a mall close by, perfect for some shopping during our stay. The noise levels in the hotel were quite disruptive. I am a light sleeper and even though I stayed on the 5th floor, I could still hear noise from nearby rooms.

The hotel was well-located for my business trip, and easy to drive to Malvern center. The Main Line area of Philadelphia was also within reach. Although there was competition from other hotels, this one stood out with its nice decor and spacious rooms. The bathroom was unique with a sliding barn door. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had good options and free internet, parking and coffee all added to the advantages.
