We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown. The hotel facilities were clean, new, and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided a shuttle service and the rooftop restaurant had an incredible view.

We were exhausted from our long drive and the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown were so kind and accommodating. They checked us in quickly and even shuttled us to and from dinner so we didn't have to drive anymore. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown really exceeded my expectations. The value for money was great and the room was just perfect, with plenty of space and a clever closet setup. The location was amazing, right on the outskirts of downtown but still within walking distance to everything. Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs, from the friendly GM to the shuttle driver Laura who checked us in and took us downtown. Definitely recommend this hotel for future trips to Asheville!

The food for breakfast could use a little improvement, especially in terms of speed. There were times when the staff seemed a bit slow and unresponsive, and I had to go to the kitchen area to get more coffee.

This hotel is in a great location close to everything and in walking distance to the downtown area. The room is fairly clean and equipped with a useful fridge and microwave. Its rooftop bar provides a nice view. It is also adjacent to a parking deck.

We had a fantastic road trip and our stay at Hilton Garden was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center and close to great dining options. We loved that it was on the edge of town, making it easy to get in and out quickly. The Blue Ridge Parkway was also just a short drive away, which was a highlight of our trip. The hotel's parking and shop were convenient, and we appreciated the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The rooftop bar was a special treat when we wanted to relax without leaving the hotel. a great location and experience.

This hotel is a great pick in Asheville. The lobby is bright, clean, and well-designed, with local artwork that gives it a unique and local feel. The rooms are clean and have a great bathroom with hot showers. The hotel is conveniently located just outside of downtown, making it easy to walk to the downtown area and explore all that Asheville has to offer. Additionally, the rooftop lounge is a fantastic feature with great views and live music, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The only downside was the street noise.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as everything is within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the service, with helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day.

The hotel does offer convenient parking for a daily fee, which is a plus if you have a car. Additionally, the rooftop bar area is a nice addition, serving drinks and food. It's a great place to relax and unwind. However, overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its noisy and inconvenient location.

The location was perfect, just outside of downtown but within easy walking distance to all the attractions. We didn't have to worry about parking because they offered a great free shuttle service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar with its great views. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and perfect location made our stay here fantastic.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden in downtown Asheville for a weekend getaway. The GM personally greeted us and ensured that our stay was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We loved the afternoon cookies and tea, and the rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax with a drink. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries, and shops. a fantastic experience!

The rooftop bar had a great vibe with live music, just what I needed after a long day. The complimentary shuttle to downtown was a useful plus. I enjoyed my stay at HGI.

Great location across from a park for dog walking, warm and hospitable staff, relaxing upstairs lounge with fantastic bands, large and comfortable room, worth buying breakfast in advance, friendly and responsive staff.
