Had a decent stay, eh? Comfy beds and nice staff. But that barn door in the bathroom? Not ideal for privacy. Breakfast could be better too.

The location is perfect, with easy access to Washington State University and nearby hospitals. The facilities are modern and well-kept, and my room was spotless with great amenities. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, including tasty omelets and always hot coffee, perfect for fueling a busy day.

My air conditioning unit was a bit loud at times during the night.

Aye, this spot was mad nice! Room was clean and comfy. The nightlight in the bathroom was a game changer for late-night bathroom runs. Breakfast had some good options, and they always kept the coffee hot. Staff was super friendly too. Only thing was the air conditioning was loud, but we needed it in that heat!

During my recent visit to Hampton Inn Pullman, I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure I was enjoying my stay. My room was spacious and immaculate, and I particularly appreciated the variety of options at breakfast, which included delicious omelets and a continuous supply of steaming coffee.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, truly a highlight of my stay. The laundry machines require a complicated app that was inconvenient and frustrating. The golf course nearby is a nice bonus for leisure activities.

The hotel is conveniently located near WSU, making it ideal for family visits. The lobby was welcoming, with a lovely outdoor patio area. While the breakfast selection was decent, it could benefit from more variety to keep it fresh. Parking was a bit cramped during the evening hours.

The staff were friendly and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Awesome staff and breakfast!

The staff here went above and beyond! They were super friendly and even helped me with food options nearby when I asked. Breakfast had a nice variety, and I loved the warm waffles. One hiccup was the limited parking at night. it got a bit tight, but that won't stop me from saying I enjoyed my stay.

the air conditioning was so LOUD, I couldn't sleep and it was blazing hot outside! after paying over $200, I expected at least a little comfort. also, I couldn't help but notice the thin walls, I heard every single noise, even the kids outside! I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t stand the chaos.
