First of all, the staff at this hotel was amazing. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and valued guests. The service was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the basic amenities provided were great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a plus. It was close to many restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. Additionally, it was located in an area not always known for such things, which made it a hidden gem for us to discover. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. We had the opportunity to order off a menu, which made it better than most hotel breakfasts. The food was hot and satisfying, setting us up for a great day ahead.

As youngsters, we loved the convenience of having a Tesla charger and Keurig machine in the hotel. The pool view and proximity to elevators, diner, and parking lot were also great.

The immediate area of the hotel can be a bit sketchy at times, as witnessed by someone breaking into a car in the parking lot during our stay.

Staff are friendly and attentive, with an on-site restaurant offering delicious food and an excellent group of servers taking time to get to know guests.

Some guests had issues with the reception staff being rude when asking for a late checkout, and maids not cleaning rooms daily.
