This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect, especially for our visit to the nearby amusement park. the staff at check-in, especially Vonshea, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and well-stocked with towels. Another great aspect of our stay was the breakfast. the options were fantastic and the staff in the breakfast area were attentive and kept everything well stocked. It was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel.

We loved the close-in location to our event and the convenience to the restaurants in the area. The hotel in this Richmond suburb was clean and had great facilities. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right off I-95 and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even gave great recommendations for local food options. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a fluffy bed and plenty of outlets to charge all my devices. The amenities were fantastic, including a swimming pool and a guest laundry room that made me feel right at home.

I wish the room had better blackout shades to block out the light from the air conditioning unit. Also, the treadmill wasn't working during my stay, but they made arrangements for me to use the gym at a neighboring hotel.

One negative aspect of my stay was the lack of an ADA accessible shower in the bathroom. Despite requesting an ADA accessible room, the shower was not suitable for individuals with disabilities.

The complementary breakfast was good and the free parking was a plus. the hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and restaurants. the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure.
